NYE W/ MEG LEGS & EMMY LOWE

There is no denying that 2015 is literally just around the corner. By corner, I mean tomorrow. Wow! I can feel change in the air! I feel like there is going to be major shift on our planet in 2015, so sit back and enjoy the ride. We are in paradigm shift of our thinking, what you think- you will create. So stay positive. Some of my goals this year is start BLOGGING MORE! Go to Yoga Teacher Training. Tour my new music.  But mostly, I want to be open for whatever opportunities come my way. I don't want to fight it, I want to trust the universe of what it throws at me. Because I know what I have emitted, I will get back. It's all meant to be in the greater spectrum of things. We are all part of a greater whole.

I feel so grateful for what a beautiful year I've had. The friends and relationships I've made, and the progression in my career and music. Life is good. I feel so happy. Not saying there hasn't been hard times, because there definitely has. But I feel as though I have learned what I needed to learn from those times and I can now let it go. Remember the good things about 2014, and let go of the bad. You don't need it. What an incredible opportunity to start fresh, do the things you've been saying you're going to do. Just do it. Quit dieting and turn it into a lifestyle change. Nourish your body with good whole foods, and see the extreme shift not only physically, but mentally and spiritually as well. Forgive yourself. And others. Love yourself in 2015. Put down the beat up stick. You're the shit. And you better know it.

I had sooo much fun with these ladies last night. They freaking CRACK ME UP. Never a dull moment. Here are some pictures from our shenanigans.
