A VERY VERY UO CHRISTMAS
Guys. It's been so long!!!! Where have you been? Where have I been?! Our separation was tearful but our reunion is joyous. I'm back! while I have been traveling around the world (literally) I decided to take a holiday from my blog and all my other creative endeavors. My music and new releases were completely put on hold while I went on a journey of the Self. All by myself. And let me tell you, it was a journey. And it was life changing. It's amazing how sometimes we need to step out of our everyday lives to realize things about ourselves... Our patterns, our limiting beliefs.. Things that we don't normally look at until we are taken out of our comfort zone. And when you take that gaze inward, the answers are plentiful. I have seen a whole new world of possibility! I have realized that I can do anything. I am fully deserving of everything I want and all my dreams I can create. My universe expands infinitely. I am a powerful creator of my life! I want to bring light. I am light. You are light. You are a part of this shift on our planet. Tune into Gaia, get grounded and let her know you are a part of this shift! There is so much density going on in our world right now... Please try to not focus on this. It gives it power. The planet needs us more than ever to visualize peace. Meditiate on what we want to see for our planet. Your thoughts are powerful. Let's create A NEW LIFE, ON A NEW EARTH. The time is now. And it's our generation. It's time to take COMPASSIONATE ACTION. I believe our thoughts and visualizations are vital at this time. Be light. Give light. Live in your heart. Work on yourself. Meditate. Create emotional health in your life so you can be your best self and live a radiant life. Study that which is you.... The trees, the grass, the sky, the stars are all apart of you. They are on your side and you are never alone. You are here at this time on earth for a reason. And it's to heal our planet. It's already started. Keep doing what your doing but turn it up a few knotches. Why not? Why not be your best self? Why not live a radiant life? You can heal your life with awareness. No stone left unturned. No mountain too high. And if you fail, you fail. You just keep on breathing. Breathe through it. "Fortunate or unfortunate-We will see. " our failures are not failures- that is just a word. Failures are lessons. We are just recalibrating for something that is going to work better for us. That will serve us on a higher level. Trust your process. Sometimes there will be pain and that is okay. Just keep breathing. And use that pain as LEVERAGE to create change. You can change your state in an instant. Change focus. Change language. Change body language. It's amazing what these 3 things can do. You can change your life. And the new year is the perfect time for this. Take this last month to enjoy what you have created in your life this year and be grateful. Look at the magic all around!! I personally am slightly obsessed with Christmas. It makes me so so happy. I am the nerd that starts listening to Frank Sinatra Christmas station on Pandora in November. I deck out my house and create bountiful amounts of gluten free, dairy free, sugar free treats. I love getting bundled and cozy and going on adventures with hot beverages. I am excited to share with you a piece of me (my home) and some things that have made my Christmas season extra special. Like this Star Terrarium from Urban Outfitters 😍 not to mention this yellow Unif cardigan that I have worn EVERY SINGLE DAY. I love pairing it with a turtleneck. It's my new jam. And these booties are to die for and this oversized scarf could not get any better. Urban is ALWAYS my go to but especially around the holidays. They just GET ME. I'm always like "how did you know that I love this?!" Good job Urban. And they literally have gifts for everybody. From records to socks to terrariums. Genius. I am so grateful for the holidays. And especially this year. Something is different. There is extra magic in the air. ✨
